Ingredients
- 2 c. raw elbow macaroni
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 2 1/2 c. water or part chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
Directions

1Saute macaroni, onion, pepper and garlic in hot Wesson oil until macaroni turns slightly yellow.

2Add remaining ingredients except chicken and bring to boil.

3Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

4Add chicken.

5Heat.

6Yields 6 servings.
