- 2 cans diced, cooked chicken
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 small minced onion
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in large bowl and refrigerate overnight.

2Turn into shallow glass casserole dish, 13 x 8 1/2-inches.

3Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or use two smaller casserole dishes.
