- 12 cup canola oil (or other light flavored oil)
- 12 cup almond butter
- 14 cup tofu
- 3 garlic cloves
- 12 cup water (plus more for reconstituting pepper)
- 12 cup lime juice
- 13 cup nutritional yeast
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 dried pepper (such as Chipotle or Ancho)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions

1Reconstitute the pepper in boiling water.

2Reserve 1/2 c water for use in recipe.

3Remove stem and seeds.

4(Leave seeds for more heat.)

5Combine oil, almond butter, and garlic in food processor.

6Snip reconstituted pepper into small pieces with scissors, and add to food processor.

7Blend.

8Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
