Ingredients

  • 12 cup canola oil (or other light flavored oil)
  • 12 cup almond butter
  • 14 cup tofu
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 12 cup water (plus more for reconstituting pepper)
  • 12 cup lime juice
  • 13 cup nutritional yeast
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dried pepper (such as Chipotle or Ancho)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions

    Reconstitute the pepper in boiling water.

    Reserve 1/2 c water for use in recipe.

    Remove stem and seeds.

    (Leave seeds for more heat.)

    Combine oil, almond butter, and garlic in food processor.

    Snip reconstituted pepper into small pieces with scissors, and add to food processor.

    Blend.

    Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
