- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
- whole chicken breasts
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Marsala wine
Directions

1Melt 2 to 3 tablespoons butter in large skillet and add garlic. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Put in skillet; brown over low to medium heat, cooking slowly. Turn chicken once; add mushrooms and onions. Continue to cook slowly until done. While chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce.
