- bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. Marsala wine
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 pkg. mushrooms
- garlic
- butter
Directions

1Bread the cutlets in Parmesan and bread crumbs, then fry in a little butter and garlic.

2Remove when done and set aside.

3Add Marsala wine, chicken broth and sliced mushrooms to butter and garlic mixture.

4Cook until mushrooms are soft, then add the chicken cutlets and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.

5Serve with rice.
