- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. whipped topping
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients thoroughly and cook on low heat until smooth and thick.

3Add whipped topping.

4Serve on a tray with an assortment of fruits (grapes, apples, oranges, pineapple chunks, cherry, strawberry, pear, etc.).
