- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. leeks, chopped
- 1/2 c. Marsala wine
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. flour to coat chicken
Directions

1Coat chicken with flour and cook in vegetable oil until brown. Add leeks, pepper, wine, mushrooms and water.

2Cook on medium heat.

3When the chicken is thoroughly cooked, add flour to thicken.

4Pour over heated rice and serve.

5You can add more wine to flavor, if desired.
