- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/4 c. Marsala wine
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 2 lb. chicken cutlets
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and pepper in large plastic Baggie.

2Coat chicken cutlets and brown in 3 tablespoons oil.

3Remove chicken from pan.

4Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil.

5Add Marsala wine, white wine and chicken.

6Simmer 30 minutes.
