- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 Tbsp. Marsala wine
- 2/3 c. heavy whipping cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat butter and oil in skillet.

2Add chicken.

3Cook, uncovered over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.

4Top with cheese; sprinkle with parsley.

5Cook, covered, for 3 minutes, cheese is semi-melted.

6Remove chicken.

7Keep warm.

8Add garlic to drippings in skillet and saute for 30 seconds.

9Stir in wine.

10Continue stirring and scraping up brown bits which cling to bottom.

11Stir in cream and cook sauce until thickens, about 3 minutes.

12Add salt and pepper to taste.

13Pour sauce over chicken.
