- flour and butter
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken breasts
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. Marsala wine
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- parsley
Directions

1Flour chicken lightly.

2Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet.

3Saute 3 to 4 minutes on each side.

4Add salt and pepper. Lightly brown chicken, adding more butter if needed.

5Remove chicken.

6Add 1 tablespoon butter.

7Saute mushrooms and garlic for 3 minutes.

8Add wine and broth.

9Bring to boil.

10Return chicken to pan.

11Reduce heat.
-
12Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

13Add parsley.
