- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. dry basil, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can condensed tomato soup or Italian tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- hot noodles
- 4 slices Mozzarella
Directions

1Flatten chicken breasts and coat with flour.

2Brown in hot oil in large frying pan or skillet.

3Cook 10 minutes.

4Remove from pan.

5Spoon off fat.

6Combine soup, spices and water in pan.

7Heat to boiling.

8Return chicken to pan.

9Cover, cook 5 more minutes. Removing lid and top each chicken piece with cheese.

10Heat until cheese begins to melt.

11Serve with noodles.
