- 1 small hen or 2 fryers
- 4 medium onions
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- salt to taste
- red pepper
- 1 qt. milk
- saltine crackers, crushed
Directions

1Boil chicken and onions in 4 cups salt water, about 2 1/2 hours.

2When meat leaves the bone, remove from broth.

3Reduce heat.

4Chop chicken and return to broth.

5Add other ingredients in order given.

6(Add saltines until Mull is thick.)

7Let reach boiling point, stirring constantly.

8Reduce heat to warm.

9Can be reheated several times.
