Chicken 'N Stuffing

  • 3 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 can Durkee onion rings

Directions

    Boil chicken for 15 minutes.

    While chicken is cooking, make Stove Top stuffing according to package directions.

    Slice mushrooms.

    Mix the soup and evaporated milk together.

    Cut up chicken into bite size pieces.

    Place into bottom of casserole dish.

    Put sliced mushrooms on top of chicken.

    Next, pour soup and milk mixture onto the chicken and mushrooms.

    Spread stuffing mix on top.

    Pour on onion rings.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered, then uncover for 15 minutes longer to crisp.
