- 3 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 can Durkee onion rings
Directions

1Boil chicken for 15 minutes.

2While chicken is cooking, make Stove Top stuffing according to package directions.

3Slice mushrooms.

4Mix the soup and evaporated milk together.

5Cut up chicken into bite size pieces.

6Place into bottom of casserole dish.

7Put sliced mushrooms on top of chicken.

8Next, pour soup and milk mixture onto the chicken and mushrooms.

9Spread stuffing mix on top.

10Pour on onion rings.

11Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered, then uncover for 15 minutes longer to crisp.
