  • 4 chicken breast halves (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 (19 oz.) can chicken noodle soup (Progresso)
  • 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, cut in strips

    Drain noodle soup, reserving broth.

    Preheat oven to 350°. Dip chicken in reserved soup broth, then coat with bread crumbs. Set aside.
