  • 3 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
  • 1/2 to 1 c. melted butter
  • 24 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. chives
  • 2 tsp. chicken seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. basil

Directions

    Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch chunks.

    Mix ingredients together, except butter.

    Dip chicken into melted butter and then into mixture.

    Coat well.

    Place in baking dish and bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until brown.
