  • 1/2 c. chunky style taco sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 3 whole, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, split

Directions

    Combine taco sauce, mustard and lime juice.

    Marinate chicken in mixture at least 30 minutes.

    Melt margarine in skillet. Remove chicken from marinade and brown in skillet about 10 minutes on each side.

    Add marinade and cook until chicken is tender and marinade glazes chicken.
