- 1 pkg. chicken thighs
- 1 pkg. chicken breasts
- 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. dry vermouth
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
- 12 green onions
Directions

1Flour chicken thighs and breasts and brown in butter.

2Place in casserole dish.

3Cut up green onions and place in butter and fry until soft.

4Add mushrooms, soy sauce, vermouth, honey, water and rind.

5Stir.

6Then pour over chicken.

7Add up to 1 cup water. Cover dish and bake for 2 hours at 300°.
