  • 1 lb. thin chicken cutlets
  • flour, egg and milk
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 16 oz. jar pasta sauce
  • 1/4 c. cooking sherry
  • 1 lb. rotini macaroni
  • 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Beat milk and egg together.

    Dip chicken cutlets in egg mixture and then flour.

    Heat margarine in frypan and brown chicken.

    Add jar sauce and sherry, covering chicken.

    Bring to a boil.

    Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare macaroni as directed.

    Drain.

    Pour chicken and sauce over macaroni.

    Cover with cheese and place in oven until melted.
