- 1 lb. thin chicken cutlets
- flour, egg and milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 16 oz. jar pasta sauce
- 1/4 c. cooking sherry
- 1 lb. rotini macaroni
- 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Beat milk and egg together.

3Dip chicken cutlets in egg mixture and then flour.

4Heat margarine in frypan and brown chicken.

5Add jar sauce and sherry, covering chicken.

6Bring to a boil.

7Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

8Meanwhile, prepare macaroni as directed.

9Drain.

10Pour chicken and sauce over macaroni.

11Cover with cheese and place in oven until melted.
