  • 4 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 whole Green Pepper, Sliced Or Chopped, (optional)
  • 1/4 cups Margarine
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 cup Sour Cream (low Fat Is Fine)
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Cut up chicken into bite-sized pieces.

    Brown chicken, onion and chopped green pepper (if desired) in margarine.

    Blend in paprika and broth.

    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

    Add flour and sour cream.

    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Served over cooked egg noodles.
