  • 3/4 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 head Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 package Hot Roll Mix (i.e. Pillsbury)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Onion

Directions

    Follow directions on hot roll mix box, letting dough rise in a mixing bowl. After dough has risen roll out and shape into (8) 5 x 7 rectangles.

    Brown ground beef, onion and cabbage in skillet. Add garlic salt and salt.

    Once browned spoon meat mixture on top of each dough rectangle, folding corners over meat and sealing edges.

    Place assembled dough pockets in a cookie sheet in a pre-heated over for about 20 minutes. Brush tops with butter to brown 5 minutes before removing from oven.
