  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine (optional)
  • 1/4 c. condensed chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
