- 2 pounds chicken breasts, boned and split
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 32 ounce jar Ragu Italian Cooking sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Dip chicken in eggs, then bread crumbs.

4Arrange chicken in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

5Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and 1/2 parmesan cheese.

6Pour Ragu sauce over chicken; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
