- 4 half chicken breasts
- 2 cans Del Monte Italian style stewed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. oregano or basil, crushed
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Skin, remove from and debone chicken.

2Place in oiled baking dish.

3Bake covered 15 minutes in preheated 425° oven.

4Drain fat off, if necessary.

5Combine tomatoes, cornstarch and oregano. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.

6Pour over chicken. Top with cheese.

7Bake 5 minutes uncovered.
