- 1 loaf French Baguette, Sliced Into 1/4 Inch Thick Slices
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- Sea Salt And Ground Pepper, To Taste
- 8 ounces, weight Plain Cream Cheese
- 1- 1/2 cup Sliced Grape Tomatoes
- 1/2 cups Chopped Fresh Basil
- Balsamic Vinegar, For Drizzling (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Slice baguette slices and place on a baking sheet.

3Brush olive oil on both sides of baguette slices and sprinkle with sea salt and ground black pepper.

4Bake for 1520 minutes or until golden brown.

5Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature.

6Once baguette slices have cooled, spread cream cheese on top of each baguette slice.

7Top with slices of grape tomatoes and garnish with fresh chopped basil.

8If desired, drizzle with more olive oil or balsamic vinegar (optional).
