  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 16 oz Prego
  • 1/2 cup Red Wine
  • 4 lb Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts

Directions

    Put a tablespoon of Minced Garlic and olive oil into a pan and cook chicken till browned on both sides.

    Pour 16 ounches of Prego and a half a cup of wine over the chicken.

    Stir contents and let simmer for 10 minutes.

    Place provolone cheese over chicken and allow 30 seconds for the cheese to melt.

    Serve with pasta.
