- 16 oz Prego
- 1/2 cup Red Wine
- 4 lb Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
Directions

1Put a tablespoon of Minced Garlic and olive oil into a pan and cook chicken till browned on both sides.

2Pour 16 ounches of Prego and a half a cup of wine over the chicken.

3Stir contents and let simmer for 10 minutes.

4Place provolone cheese over chicken and allow 30 seconds for the cheese to melt.

5Serve with pasta.
