  • 8 oz. cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 1 c. fresh spinach, julienned
  • 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 8 oz. shredded Jack cheese
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. olive ol
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
