- 2 pounds chicken cutlets
- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 1 pound frozen broccoli chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup oil Wesson
- 2 eggs
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Egg and bread crumb chicken cutlets.

2Fry in oil until golden brown.

3Boil pasta for 7 minutes.

4Pasta does not need to be fully cooked.

5Drain pasta.

6Cut chicken cutlets into 2 inch cubes.

7Coat large baking pan with 1/2 cup oil; mix in 1 teaspoon chopped garlic.

8Add pasta, chopped chicken cutlets and frozen broccoli.

9Mix together all ingredients.

10Cover baking pan with tin foil and cook for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
