- 1/2 c. medium hot chunky taco sauce
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 6 boneless, skinned chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 lime, sliced
Directions

1In large bowl, combine taco sauce, mustard and lime juice; mix well.

2Add chicken, turning to coat; marinate for 30 minutes.

3In large heavy skillet, melt butter until foamy.

4Remove chicken from marinade; fry until browned on all sides, turning frequently.

5Add remaining marinade; cook about 5 minutes longer, until chicken is fork-tender.

6Remove chicken, boil marinade 1 minute and spoon over chicken.

7Place 1 tablespoon sour cream on top of each piece; top with lime segment.
