- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
Directions

1Blend water, bouillon cubes and 2 tablespoons lemon juice and set aside.

2Beat egg and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in one pan.

3In another pan, blend flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in flour mixture and into skillet of melted butter; brown on both sides.

4Add bouillon and lemon juice mixture into skillet and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
