- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts (1 lb. total), pound to thin slices
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. reduced-sodium or regular chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. capers, rinsed
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1With a sharp knife, remove skin and white pith from lemon and discard.

2Working over a bowl, cut lemon segments from their surrounding membranes.
