  • 1 chicken, boiled
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. broth from chicken
  • biscuit dough

    Boil chicken and take all meat from bones.

    Dot bottom of baking dish with butter.

    Spread chicken in dish.

    Mix cream of chicken soup with flour and 2 cups chicken broth.

    Pour over chicken.

    Slice boiled eggs over top.

    Roll biscuit dough out very thin (1/4 inch thick) and cut biscuits out and lay on top of chicken. Bake at 375° until dough is brown.
