- 1 whole fryer or 5 breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
- 1 1/2 c. sweet or buttermilk
- 1 stick oleo, melted
Directions

1Boil chicken.

2Debone and place in buttered casserole dish. Save broth.

3Mix soup and water.

4Pour over chicken.

5Mix flour, milk and butter.

6Pour over chicken soup mixture.

7Pour 2 cups of chicken broth over top.

8Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

9(Can be made the day before.

10Just put in large dish and refrigerate.)
