- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. reserved broth
Directions

1Cook the chicken.

2Reserve 2 cups broth and add the cream of chicken soup.

3Let chicken cool, then take the meat off the bone. In a large bowl, combine the flour, buttermilk and black pepper. Melt the margarine.

4Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan with broth, then spread with flour, buttermilk, black pepper and margarine.

5Will make its own crust.

6Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
