- 2 or 3 c. chicken, pulled apart
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 small can biscuits
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Brown flour and onions in butter.

2Add about 2 cups broth and simmer.

3Use layer of chicken, then a layer of vegetables.

4Pour 1/2 of the gravy over the chicken and vegetables.

5Sprinkle with grated cheese.

6Pull biscuits apart and place on top of cheese. Pour remainder gravy over the biscuits.

7Bake until biscuits are browned, about 30 minutes at 375°.
