  • 1 pkg. chicken thighs
  • 1 pkg. all-ready pie crusts
  • 3 eggs, boiled and chopped
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 3/4 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook chicken until well done; cool and debone.

    Reserve broth. Place 1 pie crust in shallow baking dish.

    Cut chicken into bite size pieces (square or round is best) and place on top of crust. Sprinkle chopped egg over meat.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.
