Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 4 to 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. chicken broth
  • 3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked
  • 2 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed

Directions

    Cook onion until tender, blend in flour, salt and broth.

    Cook until bubbly.

    Add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes.
