- 2 1/2 lb. chicken
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. creamy celery soup
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Cook chicken with chicken bouillon cubes, pepper and bay leaf. Dice cooked meat.

2Place diced chicken in a 13 x 5-inch Pyrex dish. Pour over chicken the melted margarine.

3Blend flour, baking powder, salt and milk.

4Spread mixture over chicken.

5Heat the soup and chicken broth to boiling.

6Pour over flour mixture.

7Bake at 425° until lightly brown.
