  • 1 fryer, boiled and cut into pieces
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can chicken stock
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. milk

    Cut up meat in pieces.

    Place in a greased casserole dish. Mix together celery soup and chicken stock; bring to a boil.

    Pour mixture over chicken.

    Next, mix together oleo, flour, salt, pepper and milk.

    Beat until smooth and pour over chicken.

    Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or until crust is brown.
