Chicken Pie Delight

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 can peas, drained (I use frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 boxes Stove Top stuffing
  • 4 or 5 pieces cooked chicken

Directions

    Cook chicken and take off bones; save broth.

    In saucepan, put celery soup, peas, milk, minced onion and chicken (chicken should be cut up).

    Heat until soup is blended.

    Mix together 2 boxes stuffing with melted butter and some broth (stuffing should not be real wet, just wet enough to pat around bottom and little bit up sides).

    Into that, pour soup mixture.
