Ingredients

  • 2 lb. tenderloin, cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • salt
  • large onion, cut in half and sliced
  • 1 qt. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. paprika
  • 16 oz. can diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Brown meat in oil and season with salt.

    Add onions and saute until tender.

    Add water, soup base, salt and paprika.

    Cook until meat is tender (falling apart).

    Add tomatoes.

    Heat to boiling. Mix cornstarch and water.

    Add to broth to thicken.

    Serve over noodles.
