- 2 lb. tenderloin, cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch cubes
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- salt
- large onion, cut in half and sliced
- 1 qt. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. paprika
- 16 oz. can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Brown meat in oil and season with salt.

2Add onions and saute until tender.

3Add water, soup base, salt and paprika.

4Cook until meat is tender (falling apart).

5Add tomatoes.

6Heat to boiling. Mix cornstarch and water.

7Add to broth to thicken.

8Serve over noodles.
