  • 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 chicken breasts, halved or other chicken parts
  • 1 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/8 c. sherry
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • salt, pepper and paprika

Directions

    Mix rice, soup mix, soup, water and wine in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

    Let stand 10 minutes.

    Put chicken parts on top. Brush with butter.

    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour until chicken is done.
