  • 2 cans Swanson chicken, drained
  • 1 bunch diced spring onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables
  • 3 c. cooked instant rice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Using wok or heavy frying pan, add 1/2 cup oil, onions and celery.

    Saute.

    Add vegetables; stir-fry until crisp-tender.

    Add chicken and rice and soy sauce.

    Cover and cook until hot.
