  • 2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1/2 c. broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 (10 count) pkg. Butter Me Not biscuits
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix chicken, broth, soup and seasonings.

    Add drained peas and carrots and mushrooms.

    Heat slowly, stirring occasionally, until bubbly hot.

    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

    Arrange biscuits on top of casserole.

    Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
