- 2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
- 1/2 c. broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can peas and carrots
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 (10 count) pkg. Butter Me Not biscuits
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix chicken, broth, soup and seasonings.

2Add drained peas and carrots and mushrooms.

3Heat slowly, stirring occasionally, until bubbly hot.

4Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

5Arrange biscuits on top of casserole.

6Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
