- 4 chicken breasts or whole chicken
- 1 large can of mixed vegetables
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 stick melted margarine
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender.

2Keep broth.

3Drain canned vegetables and mix with cream of celery soup and cream of chicken soup, add 1 1/2 cans of chicken broth.

4Mix together in bowl.

5Chop chicken and line casserole dish.

6Pour vegetables over chicken. Mix flour, buttermilk and margarine.

7Pour over chicken.

8Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
