- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- sugar substitute to equal 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. melted lo-cal margarine
- 2 c. blueberries
Directions

1Combine crushed flakes, cinnamon, sugar substitute, salt, vanilla and melted margarine.

2Place blueberries at bottom of baking dish and cover with corn flake mixture.

3Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

4Serve with diabetic whipped topping.
