- 2 to 3 boiled and deboned chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. frozen mixed veggies
- 3 medium cooked and diced potatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. broth from chicken
- 2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 2 unbaked pie crusts
Directions

1Debone and dice chicken and set aside.

2Mix together in large bowl vegetables, potatoes, onions, soup and broth, salt and pepper. Add chicken.

3Line casserole dish with 1 pie crust.

4Pour in chicken mixture.

5Cover mixture with the other pie crust.

6Cut 2 to 4 slits for vents to prevent mixture from boiling over.

7Bake at 400° until crust is golden brown.
