  • 1 cooked, deboned chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 bag mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Mix together chicken, soup, vegetable and broth.

    Salt and pepper to taste and place in a 9 x 11 baking dish.

    Mix flour, margarine, milk and baking powder together, it will be soupy like pancake mix.

    Pour on top of chicken mixture.

    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 425 degrees or until crust is brown and bubbly.
