  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. cornmeal (plain)
  • 1 prepared pie crust

Directions

    Beat eggs well; add sugar, cornmeal and melted margarine. Beat until well mixed.

    Add vinegar and vanilla; stir again.

    Pour into unbaked pie crust.

    Bake in a moderate oven (about 350°) until thick and light brown.
