- 5 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 can Veg-All vegetables
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender.

2(Reserve broth.)

3Do not salt chicken because soup is salty.

4Line bottom of Pyrex dish with deboned chicken.

5Heat cream of chicken soup with broth.

6Bring this to boil so it won't be lumpy.

7Pour over chicken.

8Add can of Veg-All.

9Mix melted margarine, buttermilk and flour.

10Pour over top of mixture.

11Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until crust is lightly brown.
