  • 2 ready made pie crusts
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pkg. mixed vegetables
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cut chicken breasts into chunks and brown. Mix chicken broth, cream soup, frozen vegetables, salt and pepper and cornstarch together. Add in browned chicken chunks.

    Line large pan with first crust; pour mixture into crust.

    Cover mixture with second crust.

    Bake at 375° for 45 to 60 minutes.
